What kind of jewellery do you sell?

We sell silver jewellery. The new/ contemporary jewellery has 92.5 stamped sterling silver . We also sell genuine vintage and antique silver jewellery which don't have hallmark on them however they are of high grade silver. Also, most of our jewellery is handmade.

Do you have any physical stores?

Rabbit Out Of The Hat is an online retailer . Although we won't have catalogs at this time, we will be adding jewellery to our site periodically, so please check back frequently to browse fresh stock.

Do you do custom work?

Yes! We love to do custom work so please do not hesitate to ask about customising

Are the colours of the product accurate?

We make sure that images are as real as possible without any special effects. But colors slightly vary on various screens ( mobiles / laptops / desktops ). Most creations are handmade and so they might slightly differ from the image.  Stones might have shade difference as well.

What if an item is Sold Out?
If an item appears as SOLD OUT, it means there are unfortunately none left to buy. 

It's best to store silver in individual, air-tight bags with anti-tarnish properties. These types of bags keep air exposure out

How do I keep my silver jewellery clean?

Wearing silver will keep it looking nice, as once silver is put in a drawer, it starts to oxidize/tarnish. To remove any tarnish use a silver cloth or silver dip. All your jewellery can also have a good general clean in warm soapy water and scrubbed with a soft tooth brush. You may even take it to your local reputable jeweller.
